Daily surface soil moisture (m3/m3) from AMSR-E Brightness temperatures retrieved by neural network. The neural network is trained with SMOS Soil Moisture sources :
- AMSR-E TB (V&H, descending orbit)at C-band (6.9 GHz)
- AMSR-E TB (V)at Ka-band (36.5 GHz)to calculate Teff
