Description
Le CES Risques Maladies Infectieuses propose des couches géographiques de l’occupation du sol, dérivée d’imagerie SPOT, pour différents sites d’étude situés en Asie du Sud Est (Cambodge, Laos, Thaïlande), entre 2006 et 2016.
L’occupation du sol et la structure des paysages sont en effet des déterminants de la distribution des rongeurs et de leurs pathogènes en Asie du Sud Est. La même typologie a été adoptée pour l’ensemble des sites, ce qui permet d’étudier les relations entre paysage, biodiversité et risques infectieux.
